E-Apostille Service for UK Documents

Updated

The electronic apostille (e-apostille) securely attaches a digital authentication to UK documents, enabling them to be officially recognised overseas. Each document is certified with a solicitor's qualified electronic signature and then legalised by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) in accordance with the Hague Convention.

Accepted Countries for E-Apostille

Important: Not all foreign authorities accept electronic apostilles. Most Hague Convention countries do, but it’s best to check with the embassy or requesting organisation before placing your order.
Some known countries that accept e-apostilles include: Australia, Netherlands, Italy, New Zealand, and the USA.

What We Do

First, we confirm the document is suitable for an e-apostille and that the receiving authority will accept an electronic certificate. The file is then electronically certified by our solicitor before being submitted to the FCDO. If an e-apostille cannot be issued, we will refund you in full or advise on obtaining a paper apostille.
